Blue Shell Mussels Harvester was lengthened during an extensive refit. L&M’s scope of work during the program was to completely rewire the vessel, carrying out all electrical design and installation for the project. Full cad drawings were produced for the 24V system, 230V system and all distribution to final equipment. Design was also carried out for a bespoke electrical control package for the vessels hydraulically driven harvesting and processing machinery. The scope of equipment installed ranged from navigation lights, deck and internal lighting through to switchboards, fire and bilge alarm systems, heating, galley equipment, wheelhouse equipment distribution and control systems.
