We recently finished a pair of L&M 0.6T box dragging winches bound for Parkol Marine Engineering where they will be installed on two new build trawlers – Farnella and Victory Rose.

Designed to reduce manual handling in the fish hold, our winches include VFD control panels for low impact start-ups, and are fitted with both radio control and hard-wired pendant options as standard.

The use of electric motors as opposed to traditional hydraulically driven winches in this application removes the risk of contamination in the hold from unexpected oil leaks.
