We were delighted to support Lerwick Port Authority’s annual tree planting initiative at Gremista alongside pupils from Sound Primary School and staff from Shetland Amenity Trust.
Together, 282 native trees were planted to help enhance local biodiversity and create lasting environmental benefits for the community. It’s a great example of how small, practical actions and strong local partnerships can make a real difference.
A big thank you to everyone involved – especially the pupils, whose enthusiasm made the day so enjoyable!
