The SM-94 is a Mitsubishi-based diesel marine engine. It uses a mechanical direct-injection fuel system and turbocharger in conjunction with four in-line cylinders, possessing a total displacement of 3.3 litres. This allows it to produce a maximum output of 69kW at 2,500 RPM, while being compliant with RCD tier 2 emissions standards.

The SM-94 features a single-piece heat exchanger and an oversized water pump, providing ample cooling to ensure high performance under load. This engine is well suited to recreational and commercial vessels with limited space that require more power and run on a 12V system.
